Wort tastes great.
No sparge brew.
Wort still looked cloudy at end of mash.
Sample was clean though. |

Boiled 60.
Added hallertau Mittlefruh at 13 to go and Irish moss 8.
Took 2 5 lt for RWS overnight.

Transfer was a little nightmare.
Dip tube was clogged had to release lid then force gas down.
No geletin added left as is.

Took some time to clear but it's brite clear now.
Nice head sticks around down the glass.
It's clean it's crisp it's lite it's refreshing bitterness was just a tad high but now carbonation has dropped off it seems to evened out or it's lagered enough to smooth out.
Not a bad beer quite nice
Definitely entering this into QLD comp just to see where it scores |
