Had 17L in beginning, removed 2L and started mashing. 1 Hour mashing and after mashing I had 14L of brew. Also it seems my effiency is down a lot, So only around 70% from my original 80%. Added 200g of DME to get to the target gravity. |

Dry hopped today with a bigger bag during high krausen. Added all the hops at this stage.
70 g Azacca (Pellet) for 6 days
33 g BRU-1 (Pellet) for 6 days
20 g Mosaic (Pellet) for 6 days
15 g Mosaic (Pellet) for 6 days
