Missed mash-out temp and pulled the basket up at 182 degrees. Two mistakes in a row for me, not good.

2 oz LD Carlson - Centennial (10.5 AA) (Pellet) for 4 days
2 oz Columbus (Pellet) for 4 days
Added loose. Fermentation seemed to kick off again. Keeping at 90 degrees for two more days, so the yeast can clean up.
Fermented in a plastic bucket w/o spigot. No CO2 was used.

A complete miss! Too bitter and no taste. Nothing good to report.

Notes

Used Carafoam to use it up. It appears that based on the Brulosophy experiment that carafoam or carapils does very little of what is supposed to do.

Note: If using wet hops multiply hop amounts by 5 in the recipe.
