Fermentation definitely kicked up a bit with more activity at airlock during period since last sample. Measured ABV is higher than anticipated and krausen is still high. Currently sweet and malty with yeasty flavor and aroma still prominent. |

There was still a heavy sediment on top of the beer and suspended. Added bentonite to clear up. |

Notes of hydrogen sulfide detected by smell test. Yeast was probably too low pitch on surviving cells and over stressed. Batch ruined. |
