SMELL: very citrusy, lots of fresh orange juice, some orange peel as well, minute amount of leather (could be from glass not being totally clean), there's also a very small amount of spice, definitely some clove
TASTE: small amount of citrus on the front pallet, moves to lots of cereal flavor mid-pallet, and not much of a finish (but is obviously uncarbed at this point) small amount of hop bitterness in the swallow which increases with time |

AROMA: definitely lots of fresh raspberry juice up front, with some "homebrew funk" :/ some clean lemon smell, very small amount of mulling spices, probably cloves, considering the yeast, small amount of acetone smell too (unknown abv technically since raspberries fermented fully)
TASTE: tons of raspberries, slightly sour due to raspberries, very small amount of "homebrew funk" on finish and retrohale, slight cereal flavor on mid-palate, also some orange acidity on finish. |
