Put Carboy in Frig at 2:15pm at 72.5F. Set to 68F.
Pitched Yeast at 3:40 pm at 68.6F. Nice Krausen and small bubbles at 11:45pm.
Day 2 - 68.8F at 8am. Thick Krausen and Very Active. 11:30pm Krausen has fallen and fermentation is starting to slow down.
