Notes

Mash In: Added a rest for 15 minutes at 140 degrees, then ramped up to 152 degrees.

Fermentation: Pitch yeast at 75 degrees degrees. Ferment at 75 degrees until final OG is reached, should be just a few days. Fine with Gelatin and cold crash. Transfer to Keg after a few days and leave on 10.5 psi.
