Gypsum 1g chloride 4g 1ml acid.
Sparge went well.
Re set mill gap on this brew seemed tight. But mash flow went well after first 10min |

Looks like just under 21lt mark.
Transfer temp = 20c
Added waining 1st gen 34/70 starter into fermentor then transferred wort ontop.
Set temp to 18c
Pressure will be 10psi. |

This was a great beer.
Turned out crystal clear.
Quite a nice malt sweetness to it.
Almost too much at times.
Maybe next run mash low for longer.
