I ended up having to add water to hit volume, but this brought OG down far too much. Need to try ways to get more out of my mash and lose less in the boil. |

Still sweet, but yeasty and bright. Definitely fermenting, but slowly. Gravity appears to have somehow gone up; wonder if there was some settling that caused the low prior reading. Originally measured OG at 1.028 after adding water to bring post-boil up to fermentation volume. The Brew Day Complete reading will be altered to reflect a more likely gravity. |

Slight sweetness, dry, crisp. Still yeasty and high diacetyl |

Primary fermentation seems complete by flavor, aroma. Diacetyl still very high, easily detectable in flavor and aroma. |
