Since this recipe will be used to also make another beer (Wit) with a lower ABV (2 - 5.0 gal. batches), 5.5 gal. of the Wit beer was pulled off for cooling and racked to the carboy. This beer was then boiled an additional 15 min. after the late addition DME & hops were added. |
