Measured FG with Refractometer (6 Brix) and used the separate calc on here and got 1.009. This Brew Log calc gives 1.024? Measured with hydrometer and got 1.010. Turned the heat off and will rest to fall bright for a week then cask with finings and dry hopping 28g Celia. |

70g of table sugar added and all bottled. Too much trub at each stage - or need to start with a bit more to package a full 23L |
