Added ~0.3ml of lactic acid, ~2g calcium chloride, ~1g epsom salt when to 1 gallon, 7 cups of water when heating to strike temp
Mashed grains when water reached 166 |

Left for 2 days and when I returned temp was up to 79 |

Kegged beer at around 4pm, hit it was 25psi
Only was able to fill up half the keg, the line got clogged and I was unable to transfer the remaining beer |
