Steep Abbey Malt for 45 min.
Started small starter of 800ml.

Cooled overnight and pitched yeast, small starter of 800ML

Ferment in Mash and Boil covered in plastic wrap at 70.F setting,
probably cycled between 64-76 Night to Day.

OG 1.070-1.072

04/29/21 FG 1.010 @ 0800,
Racked directedly to Keg at 1645, saved some yeast back into original yeast test tube. Yield 5 Gal and 1l bottle.
