Partir à 52 degré : Ajouter le grain
Step 1 : 63 degré 40 minutes
Step 2 : 71 degré 20 minutes
Mash out : 78 degré 10 minutes

Rincer les grains pour revenir à 55 litres de moue

Ajuster le PH du mash à 5.75
Mash


Boil 90 minutes

Ajouter Whirfloc à 15 Minutes.

Abaisser la temépature à 27 degré et Pitch levure directement dans le moue .
