Boiled 40mins
Added nutrient and deltaflock at 10 mins.
Left overnight to chill down in kettle.
Temp was 22c in the morning.
Transfered to fermentor pitched 300ml 34/70slurry and framgarden (frozen starter didn't look active). |

Pressure is 21PSI.
Day three upped temp to 19c. |

Upped temp to 20c krausen has pretty much dropped.
Will dry hop in the keg.
Will add SMB to keg
Also geletin.
All on transfer.

Added 32g of cascade to two hop balls dropped in bottom of keg.
Added last of SMB not alot about a gram maybe too much.
Added geletin at bottom of keg.
Keg not purged by fermentation .
Taste from burst carb.
Nose subtle sulphur no real hop aroma clean if ever the slightest malt note.
Flavour is light bodied and finishes dry almost crisp |

Really good beer turned out more a lager than an ale. Really clean nice ballanced malt flavour finishing crisp.
Towards the end of the keg I started to taste the cascade not much flavour contribution from the keg hops. |
