Mashed at 150 (likely higher)- not sure why I missed the 148 target. Cooler kept temps very well, added boiling 2 gallons to raise, temp, but only brought it up to 158- so missed on 161 target. Used ~ 2.7 gallons for sparge as I'm worried about having too high a yield to ferm. Added FWH to 4.25gal runnings while heating, waiting for sparge to complete. |
