Notes

Big Brew Day 2021 recipe. I picked up the grain and yeast at Midwest Supplies on 8 April 2021 and I had the grains crushed. I am going to substitute the hops for ones that I already have on hand. Chinook for Northern Brewer, Hops from Woodbine (Centennial and Cascade) for Cascade and Galena for Centennial. After the dry hop, I thought the beer tasted a bit off. After the hops died down, it tastes really good, like an Imperial Brown.
