Mash went smooth but efficiency sucked. Tried a coarser crush on the grain to see if it would impact efficiency, and it did. Next time doing a fine crush. |

Whirlpooled and let sit for an hour. Transferred to ferm keg and placed in ferm chamber set to 68. Waited till temp got down to 68 then aerated and pitched yeast And set ferm chamber to 64. |
