Brewed on 4/24, chilled to 69, after day 1 was at 71, blowoff tube needed and started swamp cooler. next day put In ferm chamber and started at 60, dry hopped on 5/1, cold crashed on 5/3 and kegged on 5/5 30psi @ 10:00 pm, w/ half a campden tablet
