Notes

Heat 5 gallons water to 155 degrees
Remove from heat - Add malts in mesh bag - Steep until boil achieved
Bring 6.5 gallons water to boil
Add steeping tea from step 1. Add LME
Bring to boil - start 90 minute countdown
At 60 minutes remaining, add East Krnt
At 20 minutes remaining, add Fuggles
At 5 minutes add East Kent
Cool down to 70 degrees
Pitch Yeast
