Notes

Pale ale and Munich for West Coast flavor. Chit, flaked oats, and wheat for the hazy IPA mouth feel, and flavor.

Centennial and Columbus in the boil for a WCIPA bitterness profile. Heavy whirlpool of Simcoe, Citra, Columbus and Centennial for the NEIPA profile. Heavy Dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook for a bit of both worlds.

Cleanish yeast recommended. S-04 is my go.
