Kinda missed all of our numbers on this one. It was our first brew day of the season and the process is a little rusty. The wort should be completely fermentable so this should turn out nice.
I also completely neglected to add any brewing salts. We'll know exactly what this needs salts wise after this brew day. |

Added about another half of a Philly Sour yeast sachet to bring the pitch rate up. Website recommended 17g for 4.5 gallons. No visible activity yet. The PH is steadily dropping so we should start seeing a krasuen form in the next few days. |
