Notes

Add virgin white oak chips soaked in a Reposado Tequila to give it a "South of the Wall" kick.

I had this on tap at Christmas, 2020. Incredible beer, unfortunately, when I went back for another round a week later - gone.

Recipe from Brewdog DIY Dog and adjusted for my grains onhand (so, means they might name "Bairds" grain and I have Crisp onhand - etc.)
