Notes

526g dark brown sugar and 400g milk sugar in last 10 min of boil
5 oz bittersweet baking chocolate 1 min boil
soak 2 vanilla beans in 4 oz marshmallow vodka, then add to secondary.

Roasted marshmallows until tops were black. Added marshmallows and chocolate into the boil at 10 minutes once the wort hit clarity.
hops in with a hop spider at 20 min into the boil.
