Mash pH was a little lower than expected. Recirc helped a lot when letting the grain bed set for about 10min or so. |

Ended up with more wort and higher than expected OG? I think the recipe mis calculated the late addition dark grains. I let those steep around 180 for 20 minutes post boil. |
