Notes

12/26/2020 brew day. pitched wort on top of 12/20 batch. started bubbling instantly and was done in 24 hours. forgot to dry hop until 12/31/20.

1/5/2021 - bottled 37, 12oz, used 2.8 oz sugar, had a very citrus taste and aroma with little bitterness, bright golden hazy color.

2/15/2021 - sent a bottle to dougie, aaron and brew dudes. had last bottle yesterday while talking with aaron. was super hoppy and awesome. light fluffy head.
