Notes

Pressure cook 1 oz columbus for 15 minutes, release valve. Pour over remaining ingredients in fermentor, including 1 tsp calcium chloride, stir to dissolve/sanitize, stir for 20 minutes. add ice, add water, add (rehydrated) yeast.

Rehydrate yeast: 1/2 c of 80 degree water per packet (or just sprinkle)
