pretty low on volume. need to adjust a little bit for kettle loss.
UPDATE: Equip profile adjusted slightly, because I also lost 16+ oz due to trying to collect some wort to prop up some yeast from a commercial beer. |

Start ramp of 5f/12 hrs. Sample was at just below 60% attenuation, gave it until the end of the day and bumped temp 5f. 4 days from pitching. |

Started crashing yesterday. Didn't want to take another sample because this batch was short enough on volume. Just calling it at 1.012 (one point off the expected FG, I mashed high) as it was 1.014 a few days ago. It's been days at 70f, it should be finished up, maybe one point off. Pitched gelatin for fining, will give it a day or so. |

Not bad at this point. Little astringent unfortunately. Not sure where that's coming from. The rye flavor is nice, there's an intensely bread crust thing, really nice. Dried out nicely. Need to figure out the astringency thing, perhaps it'll fall out with time. |
