  • Added DH between day 2 and 3 in muslin bag while on tail-end of primary ferm
  • did not take taste/pull, gravity reading, or cold crash to avoid oxygen
  • Moved to keg on day 7.
  • added 3oz dry hop charge to SS spider and purged keg before racking
  • Force carbed at 25psi for 12 minutes. Dropped to ~10psi
