Slow whirlpool speed and slow liquid poor into fermenter.
High flocculation but no mound on the bottom. Could be to do with weak whirlpool. (issue not clear)
Good choc taste but no orange coming through yet. (use mandarina hop for next brew???)
Really clear liquid to start with but sucked in some of the flocculated matter. |

75 grams of sweet orange peel added in to keg. not as dark as expected. add more chocolate malt bill and double cacoa nibs for re brew. not much of an orange flavour. maybe try using mandarina for next brew. |

too much sweet orange peel added into keg. reduce to 25grams per keg |
