Down to 1.015 in 5 days, more bitter than anticipated but not bad at all. Going into cold crash tonight at 36F for 3 days. |

Down to 1.017 in about 3 days. Temp got to 74 yesterday now down to 68. Gonna let it go for a few more days then cold crash. |

Cold crashed, no fining used. Added to purged keg at 50PSI for 14 hours, then dropped to 12psi where it will sit for a few days. |
