  • Rendimento da panela ficou abaixo do esperado.
  • A atividade da levedura não foi intensa
  • Somente a carbonatação durante a fermentação 1,5 e maturação 1,2 proporcionaram a carbonatação ideal da cerveja.
  • A oxigenação fez com que o starter escurecesse (normal according to Jamal)
  • Um pouco de harsh devido ao uso do lupulo em 60min
