WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

30m steeping of grains, following by 60 min boil with extract.

First dry hopping as just passing high krausen for 4 days
Second dry hopping after first dry hopping completed for 2 days

1g of ascorbic acid (vit C) when bottling (don't boil) as anti-oxidant.

Bottle carbonate for 2 weeks, and then condition cold for 2 more weeks.

Worked nicely, quite bitter with good hop aroma. Nice maltiness, with slight chocolate finish balanced by the hop bitterness.
