WATER CALC
Going to go for a harder boil (troubleshooting haze at the moment). So, +2L on the original 25L water recommendation.
Mash thickness target 3.0L/kg
60' infusion at 65C then batch sparge 15' at 70C
------
infusion: heat 11L @ 71C for target temp 65C
sparge: heat 16L at 71C for target 70C - keep grain bag a bit tight |
