Notes

In order to hit IBU for type, the amount of hops were decreased significantly compared to recipe in Hembryggaren 2/2020. Also, a bit of chocolate malt was added to increase EBC a smidge.

Recipe suggest pitching at 18°C and fermenting around that temperature. The recipe suggest dry hopping at lower temperature (fridge) if possible.
