Measure liquid level at end of boil, subtract 7 gallons, subtract the result from 165 gallons to determine amount needed to top off 5 BBL fermentor... Example 118 gallons at end of boil - 7 = 111 gallons. 165 - 111 = 54. So 54 gallons needs to be added to fermentor. Hot brewing water, through chiller, to tank.
