Notes

An attempt at cloning Muskoka Cream Ale, based on notes found at https://muskokabrewery.com/beer/cream-ale/ and elsewhere.

The Muskoka page indicates Crystal 40º, and they also indicate an Amber colour (~12 SRM), so the Crystal 40º content is fairly high.

The page also mentions breadiness, so I added Victory malt.

The page calls for Summit, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, but I was having trouble getting Summit so American Homebrewers Association suggests Simcoe as a substitute for Summit. So if you can't get Summit, try Simcoe instead.
