Primed with 55g table sugar dissolved in 100ml of cooled, boiled water - priming solution added at 20.1°C.
Packaging:
- 2x 500ml pop-cap
- 2x 500ml crown cap
- 3x 330ml crown cap
- 16L into bottom-tap pressure barrel
Yeast harvested (WLP013 - London Ale yeast) - 400ml of yeast slurry into labelled pot and put in fridge. |
