Pitched yeast the following day to allow particulate to settle from loading into carboy due to clog issue. Also allowed for temp to stabilize around 70 F for yeast. Pitched @ 1130 EST on 08/11 |

Moved to a secondary fermenter and am now moving it to a lagering process @ 35 F to cold crash and hopefully further clarify the beer prior to dry hopping and racking into keg. |

Added 12 oz of Dragon fruit (bought from store, frozen, then added to dry hop bag and dipped in sani before adding to keg). Was unhappy with taste, so at this point, adjusting for future recipes. |
