Mashed for 90 minutes because I wanted to just heat up sparge water with the sous vide and drink beer. TDS for the water waas 100 ppm. Didn't take a pH. |

Home run, very good hop flavor and clean tasting. Cleared after a few weeks and stayed clear until kicked. |
