Strike water volume 32 litres
Strike temperature @ 70.2 degrees
Mash start @ 67.5 degrees
Mash end @ 65.3 degrees @ 31.5 litres yield
Cocked up hops additions, input all the Fuggles. Changed the recipe to accommodate the East Kent hops.
Chiller water @ 6 degrees, water in freezer before use. Started @ 17h55 (Took 26 Min to 20.5 degrees)
Volume into fermenter bucket was just sort, increase strike volume to 33 liters for next batch.

Left the mash without stirring every 20 min. Temperature also stayed far more consistent. |
