Early start for Brew Day!
Pre-heated water on timer which worked well, went to high @ 80 degrees
Strike water @ 32 litres @ 67.5 degrees |

Very interesting experiment on the surface tension when measuring the gravity . The top of the tension and the actual water line are 4 points variance |

Didn't fill the fermentor with the required 1 litre, left it at 22 litres |

Kegged and force carbing at 0.8psi in fridge which is running between 0.5 and 3 degrees. Aiming for 2.45 CO2 |
