Notes

Fermentation 19c for the first 2-3 days then rise to 23 to finish out.

First dry hop at 1.020-1.022 for 8 days then second Dry hop for last 4 days of the 8.

Then cold crash to settle hops .

Minimal oxygen transfer or fully closed transfer if possible.
use Co2 from ferment to purge serving keg. daisy chain keg through to blow off.
