Replaced Citra with Azacca
Replaced Mosiac with Talus (HBC 692)
Will use Hoprocket for whirlpool and maybe dry hopping as well.
May add some Zeus during whirlpool to add some darkness.

Did not like the hop substitutions would stick with original hops.
