Lors du keggage, c'est très peu amère... chocolaté beaucoup, mince en bouche.
1.010... au lieu de 1.017... je ne comprends pas Brewerfriends. À suivre si contamination, mais lors du keg, pas présent.
Ne pas oublier que la fermentation a été assez intense. Débordement.
Fermentation autour de 20C ± 1C. Voir log sur numbers. |
