Notes

Fermented in mid summer in Sacramento, hence Kveik. Last hop addition went into fermenter after fermentation had established, rather than secondary. Robust ferment began within 6 hours of pitching from 24 oz starter. Final gravity 1.010 after 90 hrs in primary. Drinkable prior to carbonation and aging in keg
