Notes

By far the best NEIPA I've made to date. Dry hop was not done until fermentation was complete. We let fermentation finish, did a soft crash at 50F to drop yeast, then warmed back up to 65F and did first dry hop 4 days before final cold crash, 2nd dry hop was done 2 days before final cold crash, then crashed for 48 hrs at 34F and then proceeded to keg. This thing had zero hop burn and I will definitely be sticking to this dry hop schedule going forward.

In regards to the flavor from this, it was very tropical fruit (passionfruit, pineapple). I would like to tweak this combo to get more of the sweet fruit characteristics out of it for future batches.
