Racked to secondary lost 3 l or more trub. Moved also hops bag. Ispindel all good. Will add Seco d batch of yeast s04to try to consume rest of ferment les. Still not on final desired fg. |

Taste from sample at racking for bottling. Citrus smell, but like lemons that are not fresh any more, a bit acid, sour, "agrio", from first sip very little real flavor from "beer", no body but coats the tongue, still a plastic flavor at the end, not bitter at all, relatively sweet. |
