Notes

20 grams of Carafa II actually make it brown /dark so whatever Brewer's Friend say about color is wrong.

UPDATE: Looked very dark on the fermenter. Once bottled and carbonated it didn't look so dark when poured. So maybe Brewer's Friend wasn't that far off.
