Doing a multi-rest mash (2 steps):
1- 40 mins at 130 degrees (3 gal at 145 - slightly too warm, had to add about 2 qt tap water). Stirred after 20 mins. Temp still good at about 133-135.
2- 20 minutes at 158 degrees (3.75 gal at 185 - coming in at 157 degrees so keeping as mixed) |
